This week for Project 365 I had so many shots that it made it so hard to take which ones best summed up the week. It was another nutty week that included the hubs being called out to a hay fire at midnight. If you go in a rural area- you recognize that hay fires are extensive. He was asleep until about 8am. I don't feel bad for him though- he loves what he does &
he comes home smelling like fire- which makes me happy.
This week included things like the kids playing with my hula hoop, fun photo shoots with the girls, some grillin', wildland firefighter training & some sweet tender moments of the kids saying grace.Not a bad week if you ask me.

Elena has challenged is once again & I get to say- this was something that I totally enjoyed. I did my videos with the trial offer which limited me to 60 seconds each. Once I make the upgrade on the computer I will be purchasing the entire version & using this all the time. THANKS ELENA for this super fun thing you have brought into our lives. I believe this is my most favorite post to date!

Just one of our trips back home. Oh how I yearn for the years when we can go backpermanently. But until CA changes some of it's laws (homeschool & otherwise) we won't be making the move before retirement. This picture is a bit slower than Elena originally instructed us to do- but it goes with the pace of the music- so I decided to carry it anyway.
And so our mostrecenttrip to NASCAR in Vegas. We go every year. These photos are from qualifying day. We did go to the Nationwide race the following day but had to cut the Sprint Cup race we had planned on passing to because of an unexpected trip to June Lake. It was still super fun.
